This flow chart may be helpful for contractors in determining the type of leave to grant to employees requesting leave under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFRCA) during the Coronavirus Pandemic.  The chart outlines when to use Emergency FMLA and Emergency Paid Sick Leave.

This poster/notice detailing employee rights regarding paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFRCA) is required to be posted in a conspicuous place where employees or job applicants at a worksite may view it.  The Notice may also be distributed electronically or via the U.S. mail.
