Jonathan Marsh is the CEO and Technology Strategist at Steel Toe Consulting, where he helps construction companies build better systems with the right mix of tools, tech, and strategy. He’s spent over 20 years in the mechanical trades—first working as a designer and engineer, then leading the engineering, IT, and VDC teams at a large mechanical contractor.

Today, Jonathan runs a hands-on development team focused on solving real-world problems in the fab shop and out in the field. His recent work includes building ASC’s “Connected” platform, which uses AI to help contractors and manufacturers understand construction projects more clearly. He’s also helped design Revit tools, train AI models, and map out business processes that actually work on the jobsite.

Alongside his consulting and product work, Jonathan is a frequent speaker at construction events where he teaches contractors how to map their processes, rethink their tech stacks, and make smarter moves with the technology they already have.
