The 2025 SMACNA annual convention will be from October 26-29, 2025.

The 2025 SMACNA Annual Convention will be held at the Grand Wailea Maui, a Waldorf Astoria Resort, and the Wailea Beach Resort—Marriott, Maui. 

The SMACNA Annual Convention is the premier opportunity for members and chapter executives to discuss emerging industry trends and business topics, as well as network with leading service providers, manufacturers, and peers. In addition, you can attend great social functions like the Meet & Greet Reception, College of Fellows Golf Outing, SMACNA After Party, and the Closing Dinner and Show.

The Kahului/Maui (OGG) International Airport is approximately 17 miles/ 45 minutes from the Grand Wailea Maui, a Waldorf Astoria Resort, and the Wailea Beach Resort—Marriott, Maui.

Yes, wristbands can be purchased day of at our activity desk. $150.00 per day per person. Please note they are all based on availability as we don’t know if we will run out.

A secure way to get pool access would be to rent a cabana for the day. Each cabana holds 4 people, and you do not need to be staying at the resort to rent these.

Note it will be busy at the pool and a cabana secures you a beach chair.

In late October, Maui typically experiences pleasant, balmy weather with temperatures ranging from the low 70s to the mid-80s Fahrenheit. It's a transitional period from the hotter summer months to the cooler winter season. Expect sunny days, refreshing breezes, and a decrease in humidity compared to the summer.

All business functions will require business casual attire. Resort casual is the dress code for social functions. The Opening Meet and Greet Reception and Closing Dinner will be held outdoors on the grass, so please wear flat and/or comfortable shoes.
