Rallin is a Senior Project Manager at Energy Balance & Integration, bringing over a decade of experience in system design, analysis, and implementation across a wide range of construction projects. Holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Mexico, he combines technical expertise with strong leadership and project management skills.

Rallin is a certified ICB/TABB Supervisor and Technician in Fire and Smoke Damper Inspection, Smoke Control Systems, TABB, and Indoor Air Quality. His work often focuses on complex healthcare environments—like operating rooms, pharmacies, and isolation units—where precision and performance are critical. His efforts have also helped expand procedures for Fume Hood Performance Testing, pushing forward standards in healthcare TAB.
