**There is a $25 per person, per night, plus tax charge for more than two people in any room, with a maximum of 4 people per room. There is no charge for children 17 and younger staying in the same room with parents, utilizing existing bedding. The Napua Tower has a $100 per person, per night, plus tax charge for additional adults in rooms (with a maximum of 3 adults per room).

$13.50 per person porterage-baggage handling (per room for check-in and check-out service)

Daily Resort Charge:
A daily resort fee of $20 per room, per night, plus tax is mandatory. The resort fee includes:

• Two refillable bottles of PATH water on the day of arrival are placed in the guestroom; water refill stations are located throughout the resort
• 45-minute photography session with our on-property photography company (advance reservations required)
• Unlimited local, toll-free, and credit card calls (no access fee)
• Wi-Fi guest internet access
• Participation in Beach Yoga class
• Admission to twice-daily scuba clinics and daily snorkel lessons (based on availability, sign-up required)
• Use of Beach Cruiser bikes (based on availability)
• Beach umbrellas and chairs for use on Wailea Beach (based on availability)
• Hula and ukulele lessons.

**Maximum room occupancy is four (4) people. Charges for a third/fourth person are $40.00 per person, per night, plus tax; no additional charge for children (18 years old and under) when accompanied by a paying adult.

Daily Resort Fee:
A daily resort fee of $30 per room, per night, plus tax, is mandatory. The resort fee includes:

• Orchid & kukui nut lei greeting with passion orange guava juice, presented upon resort arrival, with lei history for two guests per stay
• Welcome Mai Tai for two guests
• Daily 2 Beach Chairs, umbrella set up, and water service at Wailea Beach
• Daily Hawaiian Cultural Activities - Hula lessons, ukulele lessons, lei making, poi pounding, ulu maika, ohe kapala, traditional Hawai`ian quilt making for two guests
• Daily Shuttle Rides within Wailea
• Introductory Scuba lesson for two guests daily
• Daily multi-speed beach cruiser rentals for two guests
• Twice-daily movie screenings for two guests in the Movie House
• Daily fitness activities include: 2x daily Yoga, beach workout, boot camp, and coconut yoga for two guests
• Daily enhanced high-speed internet access (Wi-Fi)
• Bonvoy Elite amenity (Gold members and above: Daily Manoa chocolate amenity for two guests.)

The last day to cancel a hotel reservation without assessing a cancellation fee is October 2, 2025.

Please note the hotel will charge an advanced deposit on or after September 26, 2025.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Please note: hotel reservation cancellations must be made by September 19, 2025 to avoid forfeiture of room deposits.

The quickest way to make changes or cancel your reservation is by logging in to the SMACNA Registration and Housing Site and selecting 'Edit Reservation' or 'Cancel Reservation' within the Hotel Reservation Summary.

DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS UNTIL 10/17/25.

Note: If you are using a credit card for your deposit, please note that the hotel may charge your credit card for up to one nights’ room rate + tax on or after Friday, September 19, 2025. You will be required to provide a form of payment for your stay during check-in.
