Early Registration: Available beginning April 14, 2026. The early registration deadline is June 12, 2026. Register early to secure your spot and take advantage of discounted rates.
Regular Registration: Register by July 17, 2026.
Late Registration: August 14, 2026. After this date, late fees may apply.

Full Refund: Requests must be received by SMACNA Registration on or before September 4, 2026.
Partial Refund: Cancellations received between September 5 and September 25, 2026 will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the convention registration fees.
No Refunds: Cancellations received after September 26, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
