Drama Detox: Creating Gossip-Free Cultures

We all play a vital role in creating a culture that celebrates transparency and has a zero gossip tolerance. In this session, participants will:

*Gain tools to stop gossip with confident, direct language.

*Learn red flags to watch for, hacks for navigating tough conversations and steps to take when hearsay (that might be true) is brought up.

*Participants will engage in role play scenarios and have the opportunity to sit in the hot seat and share situations for feedback.
