New SMACNA Contractor Member Welcome Packets

SMACNA National prepares welcome packets for new members that include a welcome letter, helpful resources, and important documents. In 2025, we announced that we now send these welcome packets directly to new members. This change was implemented to strengthen member relationships at the national level and to ensure that all new members receive the valuable resources and documents included in these packets.

We understand that some chapters may prefer to receive these packets so they can hand-deliver them and connect with new members. If you would like to opt in to receiving welcome packets for your chapter, please contact membership@smacna.org. If you do not request chapter delivery, we will continue sending welcome packets directly to your new members to ensure they receive them.
