SMACNA Convention Interview: Ernie P. Menold

Ernie P. Menold, VP at Ernest D. Menold, Inc., spoke with SMACNA’s Jeff Henriksen about the company’s work during the pandemic and their focus on workforce development.

Menold highlighted how the company has adapted to the pandemic, specifically with their work on pharmaceutical clean rooms. The core of the company is solving their customer’s problems and that is where they have focused their marketing.

Menold also spoke about the company’s focus on new technologies, including a custom VRP system, and how they have taken advantage of SMACNA’s workforce development initiative, Ignite Your Career.
