New Horizons Foundation Annual Meeting Report

The official report for the 2023 Annual Meeting of the New Horizons Foundation is now available for all members to view online or to download.

The 2023 Annual Meeting of the New Horizons Foundation was held in Santa Barbara, CA from September 26-27, 2023.

Official business included a review of ongoing and future New Horizons projects, a discussion on tax benefits that can assist contractors on new projects, a comprehensive presentation on workforce development, as well as various items of Foundation business.
