Attendees collectively raised $20,941 for Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, showcasing the event’s commitment to making a tangible difference in the local community.
Second Harvest Food Bank is pivotal in the fight against hunger in Central Florida, operating across six counties: Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Volusia, and Marion. As a nonprofit, it coordinates with over 625 feeding partners to distribute food to those in need, including food pantries, soup kitchens, women’s shelters, senior centers, daycare centers, and programs for children. Last year, it was instrumental in distributing enough food for 81 million meals.
