Joesph Boddicker, Counsel, Federal & Int’l Tax Group, Alston & Bird will address attendees at the CEA National Issues Conference, happening May 6-8, 2024 at the Royal Sonesta Washington DC Capitol Hill.

Mr. Boddicker is counsel in the Federal & International Tax Group. He focuses his practice on federal & international tax and legislative & public policy matters. Joe has extensive experience advising on corporate, partnership, and energy tax issues, including a wide range of issues related to the Inflation Reduction Act.

Before joining Alston & Bird, Joe served as a law clerk in the United States Tax Court, and tax counsel for the U.S. Senate Finance Committee. Joe earned his J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law and his LL.M. in taxation, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center.
