Congressman Pete Stauber (R-MN) is serving his third term in Congress as the Representative from Minnesota's Eighth Congressional District. He is focused on passing a federal contractor change order reform bill, one of CEA’s top priorities, and advancing registered apprenticeships and prevailing wages on infrastructure projects. Congressman Stauber currently serves on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, Small Business Committee, and Natural Resources Committee.

Kathleen "Kathi" Dobson

Kathleen "Kathi" Dobson is the safety director for Alberici Constructors, chair of the TAUC Environmental Health and Safety Committee, and occupational safety representative on the National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health (NACOSH). Dobson has been in the construction industry for over 20 years and has specialized in promoting worker safety across North America. She has spent her entire safety career with Alberici Constructors. She is an advocate and influencer in safety and a recognized leader in standards development, especially in safety and health issues surrounding women in the building trades.

Joseph Boddicker

Joseph Boddicker is counsel in the Federal and International Tax Group. He focuses his practice on federal and international tax and legislative and public policy matters. Before joining Alston & Bird, Boddicker was a law clerk in the United States Tax Court and tax counsel for the U.S. Senate Finance Committee. He has extensive experience advising on corporate, partnership, and energy tax issues, including various topics related to the Inflation Reduction Act.
