Cuellar is a leading champion on critical policies, including childcare for registered apprentices, infrastructure, Davis-Bacon, and boosting the skilled workforce training efforts in Texas and nationally. Congressman Cuellar will speak at the upcoming CEA National Issues Conference in Washington, DC.
