New BE4ALL Website Launches

Updated platform is strategically designed to provide members with comprehensive tools, information, and resources.

On August 1, 2024, Belonging and Excellence for All (BE4ALL) launched its brand-new website, BeforAll.org. This updated platform is strategically designed to provide SMART and SMACNA members with comprehensive tools, information, and resources, further advancing our commitment to fostering respectful work environments and strengthening the workforce.

Launched in December 2021, the BE4ALL initiative is a joint effort of SMACNA, SMART, and the International Training Institute (iTi). BE4ALL seeks to positively impact the industry’s work culture so that SMACNA contractors can attract and retain the best and most skilled workforce possible regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or nationality.

BeforAll.org both brings together past resources and hosts new resources, so members can more easily filter and find the resources that serve them best. SMACNA and SMART contractors can log in using their membership information, and see a curated feed of resources relevant to their work. These range from the SMACNA Be4All Podcast episodes to the Be4All calendar, which highlights key observances and events for workplace integration.

The Be4All committee encourages SMACNA and SMART members to visit BeforAll.org to explore how these resources can enhance the workplace.
