SMACNA CEO Aaron Hilger was featured in an op-ed in Real Clear Energy, where he discussed bipartisan legislation that will advance new nuclear construction in the United States. Hilger outlined the passage and enactment of the Advance Act, a law that will speed up the licensing of new nuclear reactors and reduce the high fees associated with licensing. Hilger also talked about the impact of small reactors that will be promoted through the enactment of the Advance Act and how they will help drive economic progress in areas such as the construction of data centers throughout the country.
