Operations HubWe seek knowledgeable and engaging guests from our association to join upcoming podcast episodes at the Operations Hub. These episodes will explore critical topics shaping our industry, and we want to highlight our members' expertise and real-world experiences. 

We are currently seeking guests for the following episodes: 

  • Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
  • Alternative Delivery Methods, with dedicated episodes on Design-Build, Design-Assist, and other methods.  
  • Mega Projects: Pros and Cons - Examining the challenges and opportunities of large-scale projects.
