If you missed SMOHIT’s Resilience and Mindfulness webinars in February, additional sessions on March 20 and 27 are now open!

Registration is required to attend, although you may choose to attend one or both sessions. These webinars will not be recorded, so in-person attendance is crucial. Session details below: 

Session 1:Adverse Childhood Experiences - the Science behind Trauma and ResilienceMarch 20  | 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM Eastern

This webinar will cover the science behind toxic stress, findings from the Adverse Childhood Experience study, resiliency, and the power of positive childhood experiences, as well as some practical steps everyone can take to support healthy individual and community resiliency.

Session 2:Mindfulness 101March 27  | 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM Eastern

This webinar is designed to introduce mindfulness practices as a tool for well-being, the neuroscience behind why mindfulness works, and simple, calming breathing techniques and other mindfulness practices anyone can incorporate into their daily life. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, increase focus, or simply find more peace in your day, this program provides practical tools and techniques to help you get started with your own mindfulness practice.
