Be Ready for the Upcoming Council of Chapter Representatives!

Make sure to register and submit agenda items for the June session that will ensure that your members will have the chance to have their voices heard!

The next Chapter of the Council Representatives Meeting will be held on June 1-3, 2025, in Louisville, Kentucky. This is a crucial event on the SMACNA calendar as it allows chapter members to have their voices heard and engage with national leadership

This meeting includes a welcome reception on the evening of June 1, followed by a full day-and-a-half of:

  • Reports from SMACNA officials and national executives
  • Guest speakers
  • Open forum discussions
  • There are numerous opportunities to network with your colleagues.

Registration is open until April 25; click here to learn more and save your spot!

Also, submissions are still being accepted for topics to be included on the agenda for the upcoming council meeting! Topics may include items that result in recommendations to the SMACNA Board of Directors or items that are simply presented for Council discussion and information.

Only items submitted by the announced submittal cutoff date will be included in the council meeting agenda. Unless the council leadership categorizes an item as a crisis issue, any item submitted after the cutoff will not be discussed during the impending meeting but carried over as an agenda item for the next scheduled Council meeting.

To submit your topic, please complete the following Council Agenda Form no later than April 10, 2025.

Please contact Abbie de Pano-Sanchez if you have any questions about any aspect of the program!
