Meet Laurie Greene

Laurie Greene is the Director of Membership and Chapter Relations at SMACNA. With nearly 25 years of strategic leadership experience, Ms. Greene worked for 16 years at a $30 billion nonprofit organization with 1,000 member organizations. Her expertise includes every aspect of the member lifecycle—from prospect identification and onboarding to engagement, satisfaction, and renewals. Her data-driven approach to member retention and value has consistently enhanced organizational growth and member satisfaction.

Laurie earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from James Madison University.
