This specialized three-day program is meant to help experienced sheet metal works hone their leadership skills and help mold the future generation.
We are pleased to invite your foreperson to participate in iTi’s Foreperson Training Train-the-Trainer Course, a specialized three-day program designed for experienced sheet metal workers who are ready to train and mentor the next generation of jobsite leaders.
Please note: Participation in this course is limited to current SMART members in good standing with the union. Contractors may not register individuals from other trades, or anyone who has withdrawn or otherwise fallen out of good standing with SMART, based on their position within the company.
As with all iTi classes, iTi will cover airfare, hotel, and per diem for attendees. This is an excellent opportunity for your workforce to strengthen their leadership training capabilities at no cost to you.
