The Innovator of the Year Award honors forward-thinking leaders from SMACNA member companies who drive innovation and continuous improvement within their organizations and across the industry. The winner will be announced and recognized at the MEP Innovation Conference, jointly produced by MCAA, NECA, and SMACNA, on January 26-29, 2026, at the Austin Marriott Downtown in Austin, Texas.
