Veteran sales management professional with two decades of experience will take the lead on several of SMACNA’s key initiatives, including our Premier Partners and Associate Member program.

SMACNA is happy to announce that Chris Grady will join us as Manager of Partnerships & Sponsorships starting February 25. Chris will be based in our Chantilly office. He brings over 20 years of experience in business development, relationship management, member engagement, sponsorship, and partnership, along with a strong background working with non-profit member organizations. Most recently, Chris was Director of Business Development at Allora USA, a company that provides premium fixtures for multifamily, hospitality, and senior living projects. Before that, he served as Vice President of Member Engagement and Strategic Alliances at the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce, where he led membership recruitment, engagement, and sponsorship efforts. Earlier, Chris was Strategic Relationship Director for Industry Partnerships at the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, where he led the business development team.
