The Annual Business Meeting of the members of SMACNA will take place on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at approximately 7:45 a.m., at the Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria, in Orlando, Florida.

This year, there are five openings on SMACNA’s Board of Directors. Four positions are in the United States and one position is in Western Canada (British Columbia). All of these positions are for four-year terms.

There is also an additional opening in the United States for an unexpired term that will expire in 2029, due to the resignation of a current Board member. Any member elected to this seat will be eligible to be elected for a full term after serving the remainder of the unexpired term.

The business to be conducted includes:

  3. Nominations for the appointment of a non-expired term of a U.S. Director.
