Seattle event brought together contractors and union members to hear from SMACNA President Todd Hill, SMART General President Michael Coleman and iTi Executive Director Michael Harris on how to strengthen the industry.
Last week, SMACNA contractors and SMART members descended on the Museum of Flight in Seattle, Washington, for the second-ever BE4ALL Town Hall.
The event, spotlighted by a panel featuring SMACNA President Todd Hill, SMART General President Michael Coleman, and iTi Executive Director Michael Harris, was a forum where leadership could talk about their efforts to build stronger, more welcoming workplaces, while the combined membership of all three organizations could ask questions and learn more about these efforts.
All three leaders talked about the core mission of BE4ALL: to build an industry that creates an environment that attracts top talent and makes them feel part of something bigger than themselves, a critical mission, given that a growing share of the workforce is beginning to retire.
