SMACNA All Access Episode 1 (Bias and Belonging Conference)

SMACNA is rolling out a new video series, titled SMACNA All Access that will document the work being done by the association to improve the sheet metal industry and encourage the prosperity of its member companies.

In our first episode, we take a look at how representatives from SMACNA, SMART, and the International Training Institute came together in Virginia to learn more about techniques that can be deployed at the training level to build a workplace free of harassment and one where everyone can contribute to the industry's betterment.
