Over the past several years, the project risk environment has become substantially more one-sided and challenging with risk shedding efforts by CMs, GCs, and designers. This alarming and apparent trend has in turn created significant impacts on trade
To better understand this development and support SMACNA member contractors with strategies to protect their businesses, the New Horizons Foundation has commissioned a study ,administered by FMI, on the evolving project risk environment.
SMACNA member companies can offer their view of the landscape with respect to project risks by taking a few minutes to share their feedback via a short online survey.
For questions about this NHF study or the survey, please contact Tom Soles, Executive Director, New Horizons Foundation at tsoles@newhorizonsfoundation.org or (703) 402 7395.
