Notice of SMACNA’s Annual Business Meeting

The Annual Business Meeting of the members of SMACNA will take place on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at approximately 7:45 a.m., at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona, in the Grand Canyon Ballroom, for the following purposes:

1. To elect 4 U.S. Board of Director members and 1 Canadian Board of Director member, all of whom will serve 4-year terms beginning October 19, 2023, and expiring at the conclusion of the 2027 SMACNA Annual Convention.
2. To transact other such business as may properly come before the Annual Business Meeting of this Association.
