OSHA To Hold Webinar on Safety on Federal Construction Projects

Women in Construction Week event will focus on several safety-focused issues including ergonomics and potential chemical hazards.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is hosting a free webinar on March 5th during Women in Construction Week that will detail best practices for working safely on Federal Construction Projects. The session will touch on several critical topics that are of importance to contractors, including:

Affirmative action on federal contracts
Best practices for retaining women on construction projects
Chemical hazards to fetal and reproductive health
Ergonomics for women
