Invitation to Participate in the Core Work Survey for Mega Projects Task Force

SMACNA members are encouraged to participate in an effort that will support the implementation of mega projects while ensuring long-term organizational stability and growth for both SMART and SMACNA. 

SMACNA members are encouraged to participate in an initiative spearheaded by the SMART-SMACNA Mega Projects Task Force. The Task Force's mission is to support the implementation of mega projects while ensuring long-term organizational stability and growth for both SMART and SMACNA.

The objectives of our task force are clear and ambitious:

  1. Maintaining Contractors Current Customer Base
  2. Staffing Mega Projects as Needed
  3. Developing Structures to Recruit Workers to Staff Mega Projects while Maintaining Growth
  4. Supporting Training to Ensure High-Quality Workers
  5. Supporting Long-Term Efforts to Plan for Life After Mega Projects

To effectively achieve these objectives, we need your insights. Your participation in our survey will provide invaluable data to help us understand your area's workforce needs concerning acquiring Journeypersons and apprentices in the near future.

Your input will ensure that we can tailor our efforts to address our industry's specific challenges and opportunities.
