SMAC PAC Boosts Efforts During Capitol Hill Summer Break to Support Bipartisan Champions

SMACPAC Club members have been exceptionally active co-hosting fundraisers and attending policy retreats for US Representatives and Senators to build relationships and educate Members on key issues to industry leading sheet metal contractors.

Throughout 2024, especially the spring to summer period, SMAC PAC Club members have been co-hosting fundraising events for members of the United States House of Representatives and the Senate. These events represent excellent opportunities for contractors to improve upon existing relationships with SMACNA’s legislative champions from both sides of the aisle. These engagements are critical in our efforts in meeting our legislative policy objectives, including critical tax reforms, infrastructure investments, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) retrofit incentives, PLAs, registered apprenticeship programs, and prevailing wage rules.
