The program covers exit alternatives, the sales process, and legal and tax implications.

Participants will acquire the skills to analyze and appraise their firms comprehensively, considering aspects ranging from marketing and operations to financial standing and withdrawal liabilities. Additionally, participants will examine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats crucial for strategic business exit planning. Participants will develop personalized action plans, allowing for ongoing tracking and monitoring.
