LightWELD handheld laser welders continue to experience widespread adoption as fabricators better understand the advantages of laser welding. Laser welding is fast, easy to learn, and produces high-quality, consistent results across a wide range of materials and thicknesses. LightWELD also adds pre-weld and post-weld laser cleaning functionality to eliminate time-consuming traditional cleaning steps.

For those who are curious about introducing laser welding into their operation, IPG Photonics is bringing one of their laser safe mobile welding trailers to the SMACNA Annual Convention.  Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about laser welding before getting behind the torch and laying down their own welds.
