Supervisor Training Academy

Supervisor Training Academy is scheduled for March 23-26, 2025 in St. Louis, MO. Developed for supervisors and foremen, the program explores key areas crucial for effective leadership and management through interactive exercises.

Sessions cover essential topics for supervisors and foremen with insights into leadership with a focus on team empowerment, strategies to make informed decisions, and updates on industry trends and best practices. Participants will learn communication skills vital for effective collaboration and conflict resolution. 

This program is designed to provide a practical learning experience, equipping participants with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in their supervisory roles. This program is tailored for supervisors, foremen, superintendents and other critical managers.

Speakers include:

  • Kevin Dougherty, corporate trainer, will present effective leadership strategies, motivation and team building, with a communication session on handling conflict, active listening and controlling conversations.  
  • Andy Patron, construction consultant, will lead a discussion on emotional intelligence and how it differentiates average leaders from great leaders through social awareness and relationship management
  • Stephanie McShane, consultant with Maxim Consulting, will present an interactive exercise with participants, demonstrating how to manage field management obstacles and opportunities, and how to increase productivity.
