Each year, the SMACNA Annual Convention delivers forward-thinking, practical education designed to help contractors strengthen their businesses, develop their people, and stay ahead in a rapidly changing industry.
We invite proposals on timely, high-impact topics relevant to HVAC, architectural sheet metal, industrial sheet metal, residential HVAC/sheet metal, and testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB).
Sessions should:
- Fit within a 50-minute timeframe
- Address real-world industry challenges and opportunities
- Be engaging and actionable
- Provide clear, measurable takeaways participants can implement immediately
Educational sessions must be informative and non-commercial. Presentations designed primarily to promote a product, service, or external program will not be accepted.
Preference will be given to sessions that include SMACNA member contractors as presenters or co-presenters, sharing real-life experience and case studies.
