Greenheck's new line of rooftop units, designed for mixed air applications, bridges the gap between traditional rooftop ventilators and dedicated outdoor air systems

Model RT, equipped with industry-leading features as standard, simultaneously controls both temperature and humidity to optimize indoor comfort.

Energy-efficient features include inverter scroll compressors that modulate to deliver precise cooling and dehumidification performance while improving part-load efficiency.

Direct drive supply and exhaust fans offer a wide performance range and standard modulation capabilities for variable air volume (VAV) systems. Electronically commutated (EC) motors on condenser fans modulate to control head pressure and improve efficiency.

Factory-programmed controls simplify start-up, allowing for easy field adjustment and flexible unit operation in various applications.

The RT’s cabinet features a prepainted exterior and double-wall construction with injected foam insulation to minimize sound transmission and air leakage. Available options to meet project needs include air-source heat pumps (up to 30 tons) for all-electric cooling and heating; modulating hot gas reheat (HGRH) for optimal comfort without overcooling; modulating powered exhaust to maintain space pressure; and modulating gas furnaces for tighter temperature control while heating.

Model RT is currently available in two cabinet sizes: RT-70 with airflow from 2000 to 7900 cfm, and RT-120 with airflow from 3500 to 13000 cfm. More cabinet sizes will be available later this year.
