Annual Business Meeting Notice

The Annual Business Meeting of the members of SMACNA will take place on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at approximately 7:45 a.m., at the Grand Wailea Maui, in Wailea Maui, Hawaii, for the following purposes:

1. To elect 4 U.S. Board of Director members, all of whom will serve 4-year terms beginning October 30, 2025, and expiring at the conclusion of the 2029 SMACNA Annual Convention.
2. To transact other such business as may properly come before the Annual Business Meeting of this Association.
