Meet Colleen George

Learn more about SMACNA’s new Accounting Manager and how her over 20 years of accounting experience will enhance the association's operations.

SMACNA is pleased to welcome Colleen George to its staff as accounting manager. Colleen will oversee all of the association's general accounting functions. Colleen brings over twenty years of experience in accounting, including roles such as financial division administrator, finance technician, and staff accountant. Colleen attended George Mason University and is currently enrolled in an Accounting AAS at Northern Virginia Community College. In her spare time, she is an avid tennis player, loves going to the beach, is a mother of three children, and has two dogs. Colleen will manage general ledgers, inventory, and purchasing, as well as prepare budget reports and review daily banking activity and payroll.
