Annual Notice of the 2025 IFUS Contributors Meeting

Annual Meeting shall be held for the purpose of electing new trustees for those positions whose tenure is expiring and transacting such other business as may properly come before the contributors.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of SMACN-IFUS Contributors shall be held for the purpose of electing new trustees for those positions whose tenure is expiring and transacting such other business as may properly come before the contributors. The meeting will be held on the following date and time:

In addition, the election of two IFUS trustees to fill the upcoming vacancies will take place during the meeting. The recommended nominees for the two trustee positions are:

Jason Hanson, Dakota Metal Fabrication, Inc.
