Over 90 percent of Fortune 500 companies have employee resource groups that support women through mentorship, advocacy, and professional growth. SMACNA’s Women’s Committee has launched our own private group to do the same, helping women in our industry connect with peers and mentors, grow in leadership roles, build a strong pipeline of future workers and leaders, and increase job satisfaction and growth.
Our LinkedIn group is called Trailblazing Women in Sheet Metal and HVAC – Connected by SMACNA, is now open.
Here is the link to join: https://www.linkedin.com/groups/13183159/.
We invite you to help us spread the word. If you know or work with women in the sheet metal and HVAC industry, whether in the office or in the field, or in leadership, please share this LinkedIn resource group invitation with them so they can join our community.
Because your chapter employs and works with women who are inspiring leaders and essential members of our industry, we ask that you share this resource group with them.
Thank you for helping us build this exciting new network. Please reach out with any questions.
