Award honors forward-thinking leaders from MCAA, NECA, and SMACNA member companies who drive innovation and continuous improvement within their organizations and across the industry.

It’s now time to nominate a fellow SMACNA innovator to be the 2026 SMACNA MEP Innovator of the Year! This award is presented to an industry pioneer from MCAA, NECA, and SMACNA member companies who champion innovation and continuous improvement across their company and industry. A winner from each organization will be selected and recognized at the MEP Innovation Conference, jointly produced by MCAA, NECA, and SMACNA on January 26-29, 2026, at the Austin Marriott Downtown in Austin, Texas.
