SMACNA has issued requests for proposals to update sections addressing change orders and back charges.

SMACNA is issuing two requests for proposals (RFPs) to update the Contractor Operations Manual.

The two RFPs are:

Full Rewrite and Modernization of the SMACNA Change Order Manual for the Contractor Operations Manual
Managing, Preventing, and Defending Against Back Charges Addition to the SMACNA Contractor Operations Manual
