Employers Required to Post Form 300A by February 1

OSHA-mandated deadline approaching for employers and their establishments to display their 2025 summaries of work-related injuries and illnesses.

Employers subject to OSHA requirements must display their 2025 summaries of work-related injuries and illnesses by the upcoming deadline.

Form 300A must be posted in a visible location by February 1 and remain displayed through April 30.

Establishments with 10 or fewer employees, including temporary and part-time staff, or those in designated low-hazard industries, are exempt from this OSHA requirement.

Employers must retain injury and illness records onsite for five years and provide copies upon request to current or former employees or their representatives.
