SMACNA wants to highlight some of the young and emerging leadership talent making a difference for our association and our member contractors. Throughout 2026, we will launch a multimedia campaign using our available SMACNA communication outlets to tell their stories and highlight the importance of bringing the new generation to the forefront of our industry.
