Join Us for Strategic Facilitator Training

March 25 train-the-trainer event will help equip Chapter Executives with critical tools that enable them to support their chapter or smaller chapters that might not have resources.

This full-day, in-person workshop equips Chapter Executives with the skills to confidently facilitate strategic planning within their own chapters or support smaller chapters that lack access to or budget for external consultants. It is a train-the-trainer session.

Participants will learn a practical 9-step strategic planning process and explore real-world tools, examples, and facilitation strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of SMACNA Chapters and Boards of Directors.

The training will be held at SMACNA’s office in Chantilly, Virginia, from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Due to the interactive format, remote participation is not available, and space is limited. Attendees must be available to attend the entire session.

There are still a few spots available! Click here for more details.
