National Safety Council Publishes Article on Union CEO Leading the Way on Safety

John Mascaro, CEO of Union Construction Firm Mascaro Construction, was recently interviewed by the National Safety Council about his company’s best practices when it comes to building a strong and effective safety culture. John talks about the need of building safety as a core value and how to best incorporate mental health into a robust safety program. He also talks about how his company has addressed any obstacles that they have encountered and what types of solutions they have enabled to address these challenges.
