Reliability, Consistency and Savings with Price Controls

Factory-mounted controls save cost and time, but those benefits are amplified when you leave it to the manufacturer to provide the VAVs and controls as a package – ready for installation.

We all know that factory-mounted, customer-provided terminal unit controls reduce field risk and field labor. DDC controls installed and wired at the factory lead to fewer overall terminations on-site and, most importantly, no field mounting.

Factory-mounted, manufacturer-provided VAV controls go one step further, providing a one-stop, install-ready terminal unit. The VAV box, damper, actuator, flow sensor and controller are provided and installed by the manufacturer. Assembly in a controlled factory environment improves quality and reliability, reduces field wiring and installation errors, and ensures consistent construction across all terminal units.

The Price Industries PIC and PIC-SD are DDC zone controllers available for all terminal units. If you are interested in this option, reach out to your local Price Industries representative.
