Strategic Planning Facilitator Training for Chapter Executives Wraps Up

SMACNA recently completed the Strategic Planning Facilitator Training for Chapter Executives. This full-day, in-person workshop was designed to equip Chapter Executives to facilitate strategic planning within their chapters or to assist smaller chapters that lack access to external consultants. The session followed a train-the-trainer format.

Participants learned a practical nine-step strategic planning process and explored tools, examples, and facilitation strategies tailored to the specific needs of SMACNA Chapters and Boards of Directors.

The event concluded with an open discussion and Q&A involving the facilitator, SMACNA leadership, and attendees. The conversation focused on applying strategic planning in practice and effectively implementing strategic plans.
