New SMACNA Contractor Member Welcome Packets

SMACNA National prepares packets for new members containing a welcome letter, helpful resources, and important documents. In 2025, we announced that these welcome packets are now being sent directly to new members. This change was implemented to strengthen member relationships at the national level and to ensure that all new members receive the valuable resources and documents included in these packets.

We understand that some chapters may prefer to receive these packets so there is an opportunity to hand-deliver and connect with their new members. If you would like to opt in to receiving welcome packets for your chapter, please contact membership@smacna.org. If you do not request chapter delivery, welcome packets will continue to be sent directly to your new members to ensure they receive them.
