Plan to Attend the 2026 Council Meeting

Registration remains open for the December 2026 Council of Chapter Representatives Meeting, to be held on December 6-8, 2026, in San Diego at the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center, is now live! Chapter Executives should have already received registration information. 

Please take note that this event is for Chapter Executives and Councilors only!

In addition, SMACNA continues to accept agenda topics for the upcoming Council of Chapter Representatives Meeting.

Important Details:

• Topics may include items that result in recommendations to the SMACNA Board of Directors or are presented simply for Council discussion and information.
  

• To submit your topic, please complete this form and submit it online or email it to Laurie Greene at lgreene@smacna.org by October 2, 2026.
  

• Only items submitted by the announced cutoff date will be included on the agenda. Topics submitted after the deadline will be deferred to the next Council meeting unless Council leadership deems them urgent.
  

Topics raised during the meeting that were not on the original agenda will follow the rules the Council adopted for non-agenda items. Any action on such topics will require a two-thirds affirmative vote of the voting councilors in attendance.
